Report a fault
Three kinds of fault, three destinations. Which one it is decides where it goes, and only one of the three can be fixed here.
1. A fault in this site or a connector
A page that fails, a tool that answers wrongly, an address that gives an error.
Look at the status page first: a source that has stopped loading is not a fault of this site, and the status page says so per source. Status
Two things make a report reproducible, and without them it usually cannot be: the address of the page or the name of the tool, and the version this site is running. That version is 1.4.4-23, and it is shown in the top bar of every page.
2. A fault in the data
A wrong date, a missing document, a name spelled wrongly, a decision that is not in the index. BesluitBron changes nothing at the source: it reads the platforms below and passes on what they hold, so a correction filed here would change nothing at all.
A correction goes to the body that published the document, or to the platform that indexes it:
- zoek.openraadsinformatie.nl
- openbesluitvorming.nl
- opendata.tweedekamer.nl
- opentk.nl
- officielebekendmakingen.nl
- uitspraken.rechtspraak.nl
- openarchivaris.nl
A body that is missing from BesluitBron altogether is the other case, and that one IS ours: it is usually a gap in the crawl rather than in the source.
3. A vulnerability
By e-mail, and never on the forum: a vulnerability posted in public is disclosed to everyone who reads it.
Personal data
A request for access, correction or deletion of personal data follows its own route, described in the privacy statement.
