Questions about the product
Every question about the product is handled on the forum, and only there: how BesluitBron works, what a tool does, why an answer looks the way it does, and every issue.
An answer on a forum can be read by the next person with the same question. An answer by e-mail cannot, and this product has one maintainer and no support desk.
The forum is operated by Invantive BV, under its own terms and privacy statement. Reading needs no account, posting does, and a post is public. Do not put personal details in one.

Four things do not belong on a public forum and go to this address instead:
- a question or a request about personal data, which the privacy statement describes;
- a vulnerability, which goes to the security page and never to the forum;
- a request for the source code;
- anything addressed to the organisation behind BesluitBron rather than to the product.
What this desk is not
This is not a helpdesk for the CONTENT of council documents, court rulings or official publications. BesluitBron finds them and quotes them; what they mean is a question for the body that published them.
It is not the reporting desk of the foundation either. A report about public administration goes to the foundation itself, at commonsenseinactie.nl.
