Bodies standing still (24)

Every body standing still, by name, with nothing cut off. Each links through to the source application, so a reader sees the same thing.

A body can stand still because the council did not meet, because the supplier no longer delivers, or because the harvest is broken. This page shows the observation and points at no cause.

Bodies whose standstill is expected are not among these: their index stands still because the organisation was abolished or because the source deliberately no longer harvests the body, not because anything is broken. Established on 2026-08-12 against the Dutch register of government organisations through the Allmanak API, in which an abolished organisation carries an end date. Open Raadsinformatie keeps offering the archive of such a municipality, so that index stands still permanently without anything being broken.

A body whose source shows that it received documents over the past year is not listed here, even when its newest date is a scheduled meeting. That covered eleven bodies on 13 September 2026. What a source says about a body stands in the column beside it.

Open Raadsinformatie contributes no rows here. That platform is being wound down and its successor harvests the same bodies from the same four supplier systems, so every body stood here twice. The bodies of that platform are still measured and still count in its own card above.

Incomplete: 140 bodies are missing documents

The platform counts, once a week, what a body’s supplier says it has against what the platform holds. The period compared runs from 2025-09-11 to 2026-09-11. Below are the bodies where that count found documents missing.

Across these 140 bodies, a body is missing 19.4 of every thousand documents on average, with a standard deviation of 88.2. The average is computed per body and then averaged, not over all documents together: otherwise the largest bodies alone decide the outcome.

This count asks a different question from the rest of this page. Elsewhere it says how RECENT a harvest is; here it says how much of that harvest is absent. A body can update daily and still be missing documents. This page shows the platform’s observation and points to no cause.

Where a body is marked “at least”, the platform could not read the supplier’s own list to the end. The supplier’s figure is then a floor, and so is the number of documents missing.

A row’s colour follows from the same two figures printed beside it. Grey: fewer than five documents and under 1 per thousand. Red: more than 10 per thousand or more than fifty documents. Orange: the rest. Rows run by rate, highest first, so the worst case is at the top.
