Who asked to be kept informed, along with their email address, the page from which the request was made, and when. Nothing else: there is no newsletter system behind it, just a list.
An email address appears once, in lower case. If someone registers again, with or without capital letters, no second line is added. The existing line is updated with the new details. This applies from version 1.4.8 onwards. Up to and including version 1.4.7, the address was stored exactly as it was typed. An older address may therefore still contain capital letters, or appear twice with different capitalisations. In the event of a request regarding personal data, both entries will then be included in the case file. In the event of a deletion request, both will be deleted. See Verzoek over Persoonsgegevens.
