When an organisation decides to run the service on its own infrastructure, what this entails and how to obtain the software. The page lists three reasons: search queries remain within the organisation’s own network; the installation has its own traffic allocation with the source platforms; and the service cannot be taken away from the organisation. It also mentions what is not included: no support and no service level agreement. The steps themselves are not listed on the page but can be found at Installatie. The guide is written in four languages; visitors using a different language will be shown the English text. It can be accessed via /nl/zelf-draaien and from the footer of every public page. If the installation instructions specify an address for the container image, the command to retrieve it is included. From version 1.3.21 onwards.
